In the Gaillac AOC wine region there are over 130 vineyards.
Gaillac and Le Verdier are on the Vignobles Gaillacoise [Wine
Route], so visit wine producing chateaux, domains and manor
houses for free tastings [degustation]. Or for a wider selection,
visit one of the numerous co-operative cellars or private ‘caves’.

From Flea Markets to Cattle Fairs, including Fashionable Clothes
and Books & Records - and of course food and drink! There
is genuinely something to satisfy all tastes.

Visit farms specialising in the production of: - meat, poultry,
foie gras, cheese, fruit, herbs, honey and many more products.

Although
there is much to see in the surrounding area, at La Vele there is
plenty of space to just spend time relaxing either by the pool ,
or in the gardens.
In the BBQ Area there are two tables, ten
chairs and a gas operated BBQ, always available for alfresco eating.
